With a focus on building essential skills for Team Leaders in their current role or their next role, this six (6) week program tackles each skill head on. Through guided learning, self-reflection, and peer collaboration Team Leaders will put their skills into practice and apply them on the job while working with a mentor and seeking feedback to continually get better. Through a series of job shadow assignments, team leaders will gain a better understanding of the business, while building relationships to foster cross-collaboration. Then, Team Leaders will participate in a career planning workshop where they will set short term development goals and attend a resume building workshop facilitated by members of the Love’s Human Resources team.
